Common questions

Is this the official NHA exam? No. CCMA Prep is an independent study app, not made by or connected to NHA. Our questions are original and follow NHA’s published test plan.

What do I get when I pay? Full access with a weekly, monthly, 3-month or yearly subscription, or Lifetime access. Subscriptions are paid through your Apple ID and renew automatically until you cancel; Lifetime is paid once and does not renew. The app shows each price per period before you buy.

How do I cancel or change my plan? Go to Profile → Access → Manage subscription, or Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Apple handles switching plans.

I got a new iPhone or reinstalled the app Sign in to the App Store with the Apple ID you paid with and tap Restore purchase. Your progress comes back only if the iPhone was set up from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one; there is no account or cloud copy.

Restore says “No purchase found” Check Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases: it must be the Apple ID that paid. If a family organizer approved the purchase, wait a few minutes and try again. Still missing? Email us the order ID from reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do refunds work? Apple handles all payments and refunds, so we cannot issue them. Request one in the app (Profile → Access → Request a refund) or at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does it work offline? Yes. Everything works offline except buying, restoring and sending email.

I think something is wrong Tap Report a problem under the explanation, on the back of a flashcard, or at the end of a lesson, cheat sheet or glossary entry. We check every report against the sources and fix confirmed errors in an update.

I’m not getting reminders Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → CCMA Prep, then Profile → Daily reminder. The app sends at most one reminder a day and stays quiet once you have studied.

What does readiness mean? It is our estimate of the share of exam questions you would get right, weighted like the real exam. 80 is our study target, not NHA’s passing score. It is an estimate, not a promise.

How long is a mock exam? A full mock is 150 questions in 150 minutes, the pace of the real exam without its 30 unscored questions. A quick mock is 50 questions in 50 minutes.

Where is my study data? On your iPhone only. To erase it, use Profile → Reset my progress, or delete the app. To delete your purchase record at RevenueCat, email us your Support ID from Profile → Privacy.
